After Rehoboth Beach Country Club installed a PondHawk on its 10th hole in 2016, course superintendent Michael Maney quickly became a believer. “The price comparison with our fountains is basically even and the power is free,” he said. “But the best part is that since we installed the first unit on 10, the water quality is the best it’s ever been.”
That’s why in March 2017, the country club installed a second PondHawk unit near its 11th hole. Recognizing PondHawk’s cost-effective and environmental benefits, Mr. Maney plans to install even more units in the future. The installation was featured in this Delaware Online story.
Curious how PondHawk performs after 1 year of operation? We took this video of PondHawk on 10 the day we installed the one on 11. It’s working like new and the only maintenance was occasional glass cleaning.
